Brain checked us in very quickly room was nice went and used the pool and mother in law slipped on the pool stairs very slick after wards went up to Room to shower from our soak in the spa myself slipped in shower and busted up my foot and hurt back let the front desk know Brain said he will put in notes on computer .. be very careful in the shower they look nice but there is no grip on stone floor and the shampoo s hang on wall behind door and the floor is slick when wet have not heard back from hotel about issues and my foot black and blue with busted toe ... when asked if they had a ice pack I was given dog poop bags to make an ice pack .. very disappointed about reporting it right after it happened to feel was dismissed oh sorry to hear about that I will put a note in and no ice pack offered or any compensation for the just sorry about your luck basically it's not there foot stayed on the 28th of February it is now the 3rd of March and no contact from hotel I even called the number to reach out yesterday march 2nd said I will get an email in 48 hours while my foot throbs and discolor...

I stay in Hilton properties quite often , I have to admit this has been the smallest room yet I've stayed in , while its not terrible the bathroom is not great for a bigger guy like me. Toilet location and sink location are a bad design in this room. Overall, not bad

Brian at the front desk is amazing! Services with a smile and a warm cookie is such a great experience. They have car chargers on the property and a pool and spa, great food in the restaurant and a laundry machine room. But the best part is the service I received from Brian. Professional and sincere! I feel compelled to leave this review. It's rare for me to leave a poor review. I Have stayed at this location, same building many times. Many different names. It just under went remodel/facelift. It looks good from the front and now you get a cookie at check-in. However it's really the same old building but now you pay for breakfast. I can't say I'll stay here again with other places close for the same price and breakfast buffet included. Oh yeah, the heating wasn't all that great, to hot then to cold. Drinks at the bar are good but way over priced for the area. General conditions don't really warrant the prices in my humble opinion. If breakfast were included maybe.

Clean rooms, usable gym, friendly greetings. The advertised “Starbucks Inside!” is just a self-serve machine—only the hot water is free. No complimentary breakfast—$18/person breakfast buffet available. Immediately off the freeway, close to everything, & right next to a Dennys.

Staff was ready to get me all checked in as soon as I walked in - handing me a hot cookie was a nice touch! Keep that going on! Room was clean and tight ! The stairwell carpet was gross BTW, not sure it's ever been cleaned. The whole dinning room, and diner options was confusing. No menus in the room and looking online it kept going to the breakfast selections. I went down to look and there was plenty of hoopla at the bar, so I abandoned the idea of having dinner in-house and went to the restaurant next door. Nice hotel, so no worries! *PSA* for other guests staying at hotels, how about holding the door a bit when closing, as to not allow it to slam shut late at night or early in the morning ;(

The main reason for choosing this motel was because after speaking to Paige at the front desk, I felt like she really cares about her guests. She made me feel welcomed. We had a great experience except for the spa and pool. The pool was a bit dirty and the spa was the same temperature as the pool. A bit of a disappointment. The rest of the motel was very clean and well kept. The cookies are amazing.

Had family come from Arizona, we decided to stay here on our last leg of the trip. Wish we came sooner! From the moment I came in to inquire about a room, to dining in the restaurant bar inside the hotel, to checking out - the service was just amazing, warm, and friendly. We had kids with us, they enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and outdoor games. The teens enjoyed the gym and pool. And us adults had a great time at the restaurant and bar lounge. Overall a great experience, would recommend if you are needing a stay in the Chico area. Thank you Double Tree in Chico!

I live in Chico and come to this DoubleTree to enjoy some drinks and food with friends. Service is always friendly, and drinks are great! Shout out to Victor for being an awesome Bartender! The warm cookies are delightful. I recommend to check this spot out for the friendly staff and great atmosphere.
