With only 10 reviews, there is significant variability in guest experiences ranging from exceptional customer service to serious facility failures. Recent guests generally report that basic amenities like the indoor pool and keycard systems were frequently unavailable.
Clean and comfortable—loved the complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby! On the outskirts of town but only 1.2 miles from the Sierra Nevada Brewery, which is outstanding.
This hotel itself wasn't horrible, but nothing special. The most annoying and disappointing part was the pool was closed the whole time. We stayed as part of a wedding block, they weren’t told the pool was closed. We weren’t told it was closed. No where on the website or app did it say the pool was closed. I think its rude not to disclose that. We have kids who really wanted to swim and were so disappointed. We 100% would have stayed somewhere else had we known beforehand, which I'm sure the hotel knows which is why they dont disclose it to anyone. Super shady and messed up. The stay wasn't horrible other than that, but because of that will not choose to stay here again.
I've had much better stays at courtyards in the past. There are a lot of little niggly things in the room that were broken, not really that big of a deal, but it was annoying when you consider how much you're paying. The bathroom fan was inoperable and therefore the bathroom was constantly damp and had a musty smell. I don't think I'll be staying at a Marriott property for a while!
This is a very discontinued stay. I booked this place because of the indoor pool and the Bistro restaurant inside, neither were open during my entire stay. I was told I could go to any nearby hotel and use their pool. Really their indoor pool on a 100 degree day. The fridge i. The unit was overheating, so they replaced it but still it did not keep the drinks cold. The pillows were flat, so flat I thought It was no different than sleeping without a pillow. My key card stopped working the day before I was due to check out. I paid a good amount of money and it was the worst place I'd ever stayed. I will never stay here again. The hotel service made the bed, but never replaced the glasses we used, they did not clean while we were there and I made sure to pick up my personal belongings so that they could. I attached how the beds were made after housekeeping came one day. Smh. Marriott, I've had too many issues with your hotel lines that I will not be staying at another Marriot owned hotel again!
Room appeared clean but smelled like cleaning fluid. No one at front desk to buy a water or answer the phone.
I checked in and wanted to upgrade to the buy points night. Unfortunately, Paula at the front desk did not understand the deal that the app was running and I was not able to capitalize on my points. Jared is the other gentleman that has the swing shift. My respect to him for organizing and prioritizing multiple situations when he is by himself. I am a big fan of this hotel!!!
The water is non existent. Literally couldn't take a shower. See the picture, the water just trickles out of the shower head
After a long day of travel, Joselyn was so pleasant, helpful, and greeted me with a warm smile. She made checking in so smooth and even called the room to make sure that everything was OK. She gave me some great suggestions on places to eat nearby. Thank you Joselyn!
the service was great but there were a couple basic things about the rooms that were not enjoyable and the elevators looked very worn. when we were staying in the room, you could hear almost every noise that happened in the hallway and the other rooms
We stayed for one night while driving through to Oregon and it was the perfect place to stop. Tommy was very kind and sweet. We had an issue with our first room and Tommy got us squared away quickly. The rooms were clean, the pool and jacuzzi relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious.
