Inconsistent daily rates!!!!- no tiered extended stay,,, rates vary daily!!!-$84,90 currently daily as of 11/1/25 Good folks some.

Zac at the front desk is the best person that we spoke to this week. He is also very honest and trust worthy. This is an excellent place. Zac gives amazing service. You're blessed to have him on your staff. I'd give him a raise.

This is the nicest motel 6 that I have ever been to, and I have been to many. The staff are professional and kind. The room was available at 9am for an extra early check-in. The rooms come with cable tv, wifi, refrigerator, and microwave. The showers are small but the water pressure is powerful. I'll definitely be back.

I was working in Chico for a week. Very nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The setup was nice with ample desk space for my equipment. Outside the parking lot was clean, well lit and secure. The location was easy on and off the highway. When I pass through again next year, this is where I'll be staying.

We stay here frequently. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is little if any noise, the location is close to everything we come to Chico for and their rates are a great value! The air conditioning works nicely plus our dog is able to stay with us at no additional cost. The showers always have hot water, the towels are fresh and soft. The pool looks refreshing. The ice is always available and generous. Today I forgot an item in our room at check out. The front desk assistant took me to the room to retrieve the item with out delay. First room had a broken toilet, so we moved to a second one which had holes in the sheets, broken faucet, lots of bugs inside. The staff however were very polite and apologetic.

The best customer service ever! The manager went above and beyond to help me when he could've easily turned me away.. he let my kids and I stay in the pool a little bit after it closed! When the system was having issues instead of making us wait he gave us the room key and allowed us to settle in while he figured out what was going on with his computer system.. I won't stay anywhere else in Chico! Close to several food places, clean property, no loud neighbors, and the vending machines were fully stocked! The only issue with the room was the shower, we didn't really like the setup of it and that there is no tub.. I definitely will stay here anytime I'm up north.. great management and customer service!

Wonderful staff..grounds taken care and had beautiful flowers and green grass..perfect for walking our little dog..our room had a smokey smell, but was clean, neat and good shape..the 99 hwy was noisy at nite on the side we were on. Dennys was right there beside motel....AJ + Avish were polite, friendly + accomadating..will stay again..thankyou??

I know this is a motel 6 but I paid 98$ for a single bed room. It will not allow me to upload the photos here! But The walls were discussing! The shower was broke and discussing! The toilet was not clean! The bed had someone else’s hair all over it! I have gave this motel a chance before when my 1 year old found hella dust bunny’s on the floor mixed with roach bodies. That was last summer so I thought I would give them a try again. Highly dissatisfied! Not to mention I’m a bigger girl and they put me on 2nd floor. And called me because I was taking a shower to late and under me was complaining! I never in my life got in trouble for a taking a shower to late at a hotel!

I am at a loss for words on the kindness warmth of the management and the entire staff. I can only say BRAVO BRAVO I love you all as members of my family.
