When we arrived, we were greeted by Destinne. She is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice did not smell, like other place for the same price or higher, with carpet freshener. Brreakfast was really good and all staff members were pleasant. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally clean and well-maintained!! Well-cared for! Lots of thought and effort goes on behind the scenes to make this facility a Very Pleasant place to stay. The rooms have great amenities to include a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, wide-screen television, and modern and efficient window shades. The beds, linens, pillows, and towels are clean, fresh, and smell nice!! The breakfast room has a wide range of options, all of which are Yummy ?? A plus is the 'quiet factor' that greatly assists in getting a good night's sleep ??? Thank you Management! Your efforts are appreciated!!

Staff is friendly, professional and greets you with a smile every time. Angela is super professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable. Housekeepers are always friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi is superb. Breakfast is hands down amazing and you get all the coffee you want. I would recommend staying here. 10/10. Definitely worth the money.

Been here the last 3-4yrs. Rooms getting run down. Had two rooms in 1 day both carpet stained, sheets, what they call a comforter stained both rooms ac needs some fixing. Elevator is not good. Good breakfast couple fast joints block away.

Very comfortable and very clean older hotel. Staff here are amazing and everyone is very kind. Hotel is very clean and well kept. We stay here when we come to visit family in the area.

Best place to stay in the area! Rooms are clean and spacious. Full breakfast till 9am (waffles, bacon, eggs teas, juice...trust - it's well worth it). Staff was Ugh-mazing, friendly and attentive (Sarah at the front desk was sweet and funny and really made our stay feel welcoming) pool and spa were nice and clean... we will definitely stay here again when traveling through this area!

No hot water 2 days in a row. Claim hot water heater outside and trips when below 40. Which is all winter. If you like cold showers, then this is your hotel. The front desk has no answer about what will happen tomorrow. Stay here in warm weather. Hotel offered us no solution

I am working in Paradise and have been staying at this location since July. I have never felt this comfortable and respected at a motel before! I travel a lot for work and there is always something that makes me choose somewhere else...but this BW location is the best! Rosa always makes sure my room is clean and refreshed! Destiny is the MOST personable and welcoming person at the front desk! There was another worker, Hailey who was also great but I think she moved on...Alejandra makes sure the free breakfast is always top notch and soo delicious! Onxy is always soo friendly and always has a kind word when the guests walk in and the manager, Angela has got to be the most efficient supervisor there is! She always checks in with us guests, oversees all of the previously mentioned aspects of this location, anytime I have needed anything like laundry, food, shopping, she always knows the perfect spots! She has made my time here almost like home! When u have to be away from home for work, it does not get better than staying at a place where u feel like the manager genuinely cares and that is also reflected by her staff on a daily basis! 10 out of 10 and I would give higher ratings if possible! The place is always soo clean and there really isnt 1 thing I can point to that I would like to see changed!

I like Best Western Asia a whole. I always know what to expect. My room was on bottom floor, as I asked, but it smelled like cigarette smoke a little, I wanted to air it out but the screen was bent like someone took it off before. Great breakfast and great service.

This is a great place to stay. I visit my sister's children once a year. And this is where I always stay, usually for 5 to 7 days. The rooms are nice. Even though it is right off the freeway and the street nearby is often busy and backed up, the hotel is very quiet. There is a nice green lawn between between the hotel and the street. Every thing is clean and quiet. Breakfast is fantastic, a wide selections of all kinds of breakfast foods. And it is easy to make friend with other people who are staying there. It is near several really good restaurants and a mall with Trader Joe's and shops. Several of the bigger stores have closed, but it seems to be a safe place. I have never had any problems in that area. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful!
