We had 2 rooms . The Front desk service was great . The rooms were roomy and clean . With the exception of large blood stain on the side of my bed . Unfortunately the hotel was booked so I couldn’t switch rooms . I covered it with a towel the night I found it because it was late . In the morning I showed maid service and asked them to put extra linens over it . I was given a discount on the room , but it still was gross . So for 3 nights I slept on the dirty blood stained bed . We were on the 3rd floor and the room on top of us sounded like they were bowling morning and night . It was really bad . Breakfast was great unfortunately we missed appetizers and social hour .

Awesome hotel if you're traveling with a dog and an EV! The room was super clean and comfortable. We rolled in after 10 pm and the guy at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The two on-site EVs were full but we were able to charge at the handful at the sister hotel right behind it (Hotel Katerina). Everything about this hotel made our trip super nice and easy!

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and accommodating. I told him i had 2 dogs with me .Which one was going into surgery nearby. He put me by the door for my convenience. Which was very thoughtful. The area is nice and very well maintained. Allot of shopping in walking distance. This is a great place to stay overall. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay here for my son's college graduation. CJ at the front desk what's super friendly and accommodating and Griselda at the kitchen took care of my son's dairy allergy restrictions supremely not to mention that the free breakfast every day was excellent and well above our expectations at this price point. All of the facilities were super clean and well-maintained, I can not recommend enough this Hotel and their real passion for customer service !!!

Great location, several restaurants in walking distance! The breakfast buffet was good. You received free drink Voucher from their bar at check-in. My only thing I could say is they had not Domestic beer like Coors light beer in their bar. The overall experience was great!

When we arrived at 8pm the motel was hopping with many different groups arriving. CJ at the check in desk was so efficient and professional and quite skilled at multitasking! He is so effortlessly proficient at his job! But the room were spotless, all the staff so kind and professional and efficient at their work! The next morning the complimentary breakfast was outstanding! hot, fresh and filling! The value for the price was unmatched! I will definitely stay here again!

Favorite hotel so far! Stayed here for a work trip and such a nice hotel! The beds are comfy and clean. The service is great. The breakfast buffet, not the best, but it's food. Cute little waiting area with a fireplace was my favorite place to be after my meetings. Will definitely go here again!

We're big fans of the Oxford brand. We've stayed in several properties, and found them to be consistent and pleasant. The evening reception is very popular. The complimentary breakfast is usually a cut above similar chains. Once your information is in their system, subsequent stays are discounted. This is in lieu of a rewards program.

My favorite hotel to stay at in Chico! Staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always great not your typical hotel breakfast. This hotel has a great gym area including a sauna and steam room which is always clean! Five stars all the way around!

My family and I stayed here for NYE. We had a great time. The outdoor heated swimming pool was the perfect temperature, even in the rain. The hot tub was also perfect. We also used the gym, sauna and steam room, all were great. We enjoyed a complimentary drink and breakfast. All the front desk staff and the bartender were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
