This hotel was vary sketchy alot of drug addicts and homeless people around. Pool was down for "maintenance " this place needs some work. Was over priced if you ask me

Kept clean, the staff was kind and made sure that no one was attempting to defraud customers. The hotel could definitely use an upgrade and it would be nice if the cable worked

I have had a very pleasant stay here through a housing program. They have been very sweet to me and my babies. Everyone here always has a smile on their face and their rooms have changed, since the last 10 years I've seen it. The pictures match their bedding and it's just so beautiful. It makes it feel more like home and just makes your stay feel better. It may not be the best location in town but with the services here and how great the rooms are I wouldn't go to any other place in town. I have been here off and on for the last month and I just had an issue with my toilet and the freezer in my refrigerator it took 30 minutes for them to fix it you were very fast and pleasant. And the maintenance man was very kind to my little boys and did not mind that they ask questions. This place has made it a very nice stay for my family

bed bugs. my aunt and cousin were staying there and my cousin had to be rushed to the hospital for an allergic reaction to bed bug bites . when my aunt told the manager, she blamed my aunt for bringing them, they had stayed there 2 weeks before in a different room with no problems & two different cleaners told my aunt to her face that there have been lots of complaints about bed bugs. also the managers dog almost attacked my aunt. i don’t recommend staying here at all. save your money

Had a great experience at this Hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and AC system worked well! Ashley and Noami were super friendly and super helpful!! Thank you so much for a relaxing experience after a long day of work! Will stay again in the future!

Was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They were helpful , professional and very accommodating. Would be nice if the people who rent the rooms would pick up their dogs poop. Aside from that this Super 8 is well kept. The people that clean the rooms are very pleasant and thorough

Elizabeth is very helpful and kind. Most of the staff are also very helpful and always making sure you have what you need. Housekeeping does a good job. The breakfast is good and filling with some options and the pool is well kept and fun if you have kids!! The rooms are nice a spacious. Also pet friendly.

The building and sorroundings smell like weed and tobacco. The room (non smoking) was full of air freshener, so much that we were coughing upon entering, that was rapidly changed by the real tobacco scent that they were trying to mask. An hour or so after our arrival, we were already in bed, and they called from reception to ask about a luggage cart waking us up. Next morning we saw cokroaches in the shower and noticed there were only 2 towels for the family, beeakfast was also scarce (which I understamd for the price). We left the next day even though we had 2 nights.

Pros: Kind staff clean towels Fresh waffles had not many options for breakfast but at least it was something. Room not to noisy Staff wasn't at the desk most of the time day and night but when ringing the bell they came most of the time in a few minutes. Cons: Something was splatter on the ceiling cigarette burns on the top blanket in a non-smoking room sheets were stained a little but they were washed at least chair outside of the room had paint coming off on my son black pants had to do a quick wash and dry 25 minutes before a wedding he had to go to. All in all I had an ok stay

As this is not a holiday inn or such, the value and certain amenities are way better than the brand names. Had a great messaging shower, to which a lot of name brand hotels don't even have a good water pressure much less different shower head settings. But be aware of the hot water, it's really hot and felt good on my back. ??
