2 months agoIm force to give a star. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Its 2 stars for a reason. The owner was rude when I came to pick up my disabled father, that sat outside for 2 hours, as I drive from Sacramento to pick him up. Spend some extra money to stay somewhere else better. Place smells and not cleaned properly anyways.

3 months agoOkay so let me start this review off by saying Amy who I believe is morning staff at the front desk is a very sweet and kind lady and I appreciate her help, evening front desk staff suck very rude and just over all snotty!! My room had several things wrong with it. If you plan on staying here I would recommend only interacting with Amy and do NOT stay in room 114

4 months agoHuman feces and urine. Sticky stained floor. Extreme smell of cigarettes & plastic. Stains and filth on everything. Broken toilet. Dead bugs. And they knew we had children with us. How dare you offer such conditions!!! Checked in and walked right out. Will be reporting to the county and fire council for the hanging smoke detector.

10 months agoBathroom had what appeared to be dried blood wipes on the wall, tub didn't drain. The floor was pretty much cement with a very thin rug rolled onto it. Front desk staff was very short when I asked about changing rooms after 5 min of being there.

about 1 year agoDecent for the price could use a upgrade but clean for a older building . Back again and I have to say this hotel keeps a nice and clean pool it is so relaxing and I got some beautiful pictures of the sunset .

about 1 year agoSo we stay at sunset inn when we work out of town . The rooms are always clean and Spacious and the location is excellent for shopping dining and close to the beautiful river and park

over 1 year agoVery, very, clean, recently upgraded room with clean furniture. A good price for a clean place to stay. I've stayed here a 2 times on way to Quincy area. Plan to stay again soon on another trip for business. The only reason I give four starts for the rooms, is this is not luxury accommodation, but very nice, cleanest in the area.

over 1 year agoI agree with one of the people who said, room is dirty and smells like Dust. The curtains are raggy falling apart. Spots on the carpet. The price is ridiculously overpriced. Don't stay here Please!!
