This property consistently receives overwhelmingly negative reviews, citing severe cleanliness issues, including mold, spiderwebs, and insect infestations. Guests report numerous operational problems such as broken appliances, theft, and disturbing activity. While one recent review highlighted positive aspects like cleanliness and service, the vast majority of feedback paints a picture of a poorly maintained and unsafe establishment.
Do not stay in this motel it is not America’s best not even close. Everything that their pictures show is complete opposite and totally untrue. I’ve never stayed in a more gross disgusting motel in my life spiderwebs everywhere. It is just nasty black mold in the place mold in the shower. It looks like it hasn’t been clean for months. I’d say a year, but I’d be over exaggerating, there was no blanket on the bed. We had to ask for one. The mattress is about 3 inches thick. I’m just warning whoever reads this. Don’t let the pictures that they post of their motel for you. Are you got an eye infection from laying on the pillow.
This is the worst motel I have ever been in the pictures on Expedia and Priceline and Booking.com Are absolutely false. It is very filthy dirty. They didn’t even give us a blanket in the room no tissue paper, but one roll of toilet paper, mildew and mold in the shower mold on the bottom of the baseboards and door you could see through the door with a big gap in it. Yeah the room smell disgusting I did not even wanna walk in the floor with bare feet. Went back up there to complain about the room, but it was locked. Went in this morning and tried to talk to somebody this morning, but the door was locked as well. Don’t ever stay at this motel don’t fall for the pictures that they post of their place because that is absolutely not true. With the name like America’s best it should be a pretty good motel, but it’s America’s worst if not beyond worse. I hope you read this and know that don’t believe anything that the picture show of this place it is completely not true if I could give them a double zero on their rating I would
Shower has No Water Pressure! Toilet is Broken won't flush. Nobody emptied garbage, brought towels. I was there for a week and paid $800.00 plus $100.00 deposit.
These people are weird, I don't really think they want to make money they want to lose money. They put you in a room that has no mirrors, and a air conditioner that is from Europe and runs off Celsius and doesn't even work. You're better off at motel 6.
Got this place thru priceline and had false pictures and expectations. Not clean and roaches running in room and since was completely booked couldnt switch to different room. Would not recommend for price.
4th worst motel/hotel ive been. Was median price in area so I expected it would be so so. I wouldn't have been as mad if it was cheap. For starters there was some domestic dispute. Not their fault ig. Second the room smelled like smoke. Whatever. Lots of dings and dents. Whatever. Hair and dirt in bath tub. Was also a little red brown bug crawling around. I'd expect this from the cheapest hotel/motel but the fact that it cost 100 a night and was next to 2 higher end hotels is disappointing. Can't imagine how bad the motel 6 down the street is if this place costs twice as much. Reading reviews and im pretty paranoid about my car getting messed with. Overall tense vibe, I dont fear for my safety much but definitely worried about theft
Clean , great service , swimming pool , hot tub with a breakfast included. You have choices of cold cereal all the way to sausage and egg muffin or waffles hard boil eggs to yogurt. Pet friendly how much better can it get
Quiet hotel. Maids were nice and very accommodating. Rooms are decent. Microwave didn't work and blow dryer kept dying. No roaches....phew! Very clean sheets, checked for bed bugs....all cleared there too.
This place is home to some serious addicts. I had my license plates stolen off my car. My gas siphoned. Car broke into and all my stereo stuff and tools for work stolen. I will never go there again. I highly recommend staying away from this inn unless your looking to score some fentonal or other hard drugs
Jacuzzi are not working in the rooms (suites). Room was dirty, don't think the shower was cleaned. There was mold near the Jacuzzi and in the shower. Couch was ancient, felt the springs when sitting. Drug deals and prostitution happening all night. Had to go to the front desk to get towels. Huge mistake staying here!
