Wow! I had low expectations when I booked this place. But from the first moment of arrival it was all around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place.

From the time I stepped out of my car, Stephanie greeted me with kindness and asked if I was part of group that came to Paradise for a 80 birthday party? Her along with the rest of staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean and when told the young lady you could see she took pride in her work. Breakfast was great and probably ate a bit more than should have? but hey how can you pass on waffles with berries and whipped cream.

One of the Best Hotel stays I've had. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. My room was very spacious, clean and modern. Would stay again without hesitation.

This place was perfect. The place is impressively clean inside and out. The pool looked clean. The receptionist was super friendly and made me feel welcome. It's located right down the street from a lot I bought and am planning to fix up and develope so I will be back again next time I need to come to my property. I was worried there would be nowhere out here that was nice and affordable. The prices were very reasonable by the way.

Very nice, newer hotel. Person at the front desk was gracious and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Will stay again if we're in the area or passing through.

Booked a room online here because it said it was pet friendly. Drove over 4 hours to get here. Went to check in to be told cats are not allowed. It clearly said on the website PET FRIENDLY. Very disappointed we were turned away. This has caused a huge disturbance in our plans for the 4th of July. If your hotel is ONLY DOG friendly, then you should state that on the website.

My family visiting from Texas, and I decided to stay at the Best Western in Paradise. Josh checked us in and ensured that we were taken care of. Thank you Josh! This was a great start to our 5 day trip exploring California and Oregon! We woke up refreshed and If you are looking for a small town cozy feel, without compromising on amenities, then choose Best Western Paradise! We will definitely be back.

It was such a great stay! Only complaint i have is that the bathroom in my room smelt kind of sweaty and the upstairs neighbors were stomping on and off late hours and early morning hours (kids) but nothing that i couldn't get over so I didnt bring it to anyone's attention. My family and I had such a great time in the pool and spa as well! Good sizes and towels provided! Stays open late and has pretty lights IN the pool that turns on upon dark. The room was very well kept and clean and staff was super sweet and helping! Everytime I came into contact with them, they greeted with a smile! Breakfast bar was yummy and tons of options, even hot food! I come to paradise to visit my mother and step father and will definitely be booking here from now on, no more same day trips! ? Ty to all at best western in paradise! We will see you again soon.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent too! Really, everything was good other than lousy parking options if you have anything other than a car or SUV. Large pickups or pulling a small utility trailer means you will have to park on the road without lighting.

I travel all over the country for work and have never stayed at a BW before. Hilton and Hyatt are "preferred" hotels for my company and those are the two I always stay at when traveling for work. I could have stayed at a Hilton on this trip but it was a 20-30 minute drive to my cousins house. This BW was only 5 minutes so I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did, this hotel was very nice. The staff was pleasant, the property, inside and out, was nicely kept up, the breakfast was pretty standard hotel food BUT had VERY good biscuits and gravy and the room was large and very clean. I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend this BW to others visiting Paradise, CA.
