about 1 year agoTom and Margo are gracious hosts. It felt like staying with family. Our room was quaint and cozy and breakfast was amazing. She even made us breakfast to go when we had to leave early. Ask her about her chocolate zucchini muffins....

over 2 years agoWe were attending a wedding in Chico and found the Goodman House with a google search. It is a beautifully appointed inn, wonderful hosts, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend staying there!!!

over 6 years agoWhat a wonderful experience we had! We were here for our one year anniversary and we are so glad we did. The rooms are comfy and breakfast is delicious. Tom and Margo are excellent hosts.its only a block away from town. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

over 9 years agoSuch a joy to stay here! Close to downtown within walking distance near theaters, dining and art shops. I felt right at home at Goodman House. They cooked a homemade breakfast for me, with respect to my dietary needs. The room was comfortable and quiet with a lovely bathroom complete with toiletries. I only wished I could've stayed longer. I'll definitely be back again!

over 12 years agoWe returned for the third time when we moved our son into CSUChico. After eight hours of traveling we look forward to some pampering. Margo and Tom are totally attuned to our comfort: outstanding beds and linens, meticulously clean rooms, and delectable breakfasts created with our restrictions/preferences in mind. I was even treated to mint tea brewed with mint straight from the inn's garden. Breakfast is beautifully served, and Margo and Tom are always on hand to help us become more familiar with the area or just make us feel welcome. Meeting other Goodman House guests has been a bonus and added to the enjoyment of our travels.
